Quick Answers

What makes Savvy different?

Savvy gives your child four short, consistent learning sessions each week with the same tutor. This rhythm helps concepts stick, builds confidence, and keeps learning calm and predictable for your family.

What if my child doesn't connect with their tutor?

We'll match you with another tutor at no cost. Children learn best when they feel known and comfortable, so the right fit matters.

Is Savvy safe for my child?

Yes. Tutors complete background checks, and all sessions take place in a secure online classroom. You control your child's profile, settings, and data at all times.

How much screen time is involved?

Each session is about 25 minutes. Tutors blend on-screen practice with reading, writing, and activities, so learning stays balanced.

How soon will I notice progress?

Most families see confidence building within a couple of weeks and steady academic progress over 6–8 weeks. Consistency is what makes the difference.

What equipment do we need?

A laptop, tablet, or phone with a camera, microphone, and stable internet connection. No special software or downloads required.

Is my first session actually free?

Yes. Your first full session is completely free. You'll only be charged if you decide to enroll after receiving your child's learning profile.

Can I cancel or pause anytime?

You can pause your subscription anytime for 1 week up to 6 months, whether for vacation, illness, or schedule changes. Pauses require at least 1 day advance notice, and there's no limit to how many times you can pause. If you don't resume within 6 months, your subscription will be automatically cancelled and any unused sessions are lost.

You can cancel your subscription any time. You will retain access to Savvy tutors until the end of your billing period.
