The Savvy Learning 300-Minute Reading Month Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Savvy Learning, Inc., 1501 Cherry Lane, Provo, UT 84604 (“Sponsor”).
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who are entering on behalf of a child enrolled in grades K through 6 (or equivalent). Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any entity involved in the development or administration of this Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on March 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on April 5, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.
There are four (4) methods of entry. No purchase is necessary for any method. Entries are earned per child. Each child may earn a maximum of ten (10) total entries regardless of how many methods are completed. A parent or legal guardian must submit all entries on behalf of the child.
Method 1: Social Media Follow + Like (1 entry). During the Sweepstakes Period, follow @SavvyLearning on Instagram (instagram.com/savvylearningco) or Facebook (facebook.com/savvylearningco) and like the designated Reading Month post. One (1) entry per child, regardless of how many platforms followed.
Method 2: Completed Reading Tracker Post (2 entries). During the Sweepstakes Period, (a) download the official Savvy Learning 300-Minute Reading Tracker from savvylearning.com/lp/march2026readingmonth, (b) have the child complete the tracker by logging at least 300 minutes of reading during the month of March 2026, (c) post a photo of the completed tracker to Instagram or Facebook, (d) tag @SavvyLearning in the post, and (e) include #SavvyReadingMonth in the caption. Post must be submitted by 11:59 PM PT on April 5, 2026. Account must be public or post must be visible to @SavvyLearning at the time of verification. Two (2) entries per child, one post required.
Method 3: Schedule a Trial Session (2 entries). During the Sweepstakes Period, schedule a free trial tutoring session for the child through learner.savvylearning.com. This entry method is available only for children who have not previously scheduled or completed a Savvy Learning trial session. Two (2) entries per child. No purchase required. The trial session is free and available year-round.
Method 4: Complete a First Tutoring Session (5 entries total, inclusive of Method 3). During the Sweepstakes Period, the child completes their first Savvy Learning tutoring session. Entrants who complete this method and have not previously earned entries via Method 3 will receive five (5) entries total. Entrants who already earned entries via Method 3 will receive three (3) additional entries upon session completion, for a combined total of five (5) entries across Methods 3 and 4. No purchase required to schedule or complete the free trial session.
To enter without using any of the methods above, hand-print the child’s full name, the parent or guardian’s full name, mailing address, email address, and the child’s date of birth on a 3″ x 5″ card and mail it to: Savvy Learning Reading Month Sweepstakes, Savvy Learning, PO Box 525, Provo, UT 84603. Include on the card which entry method(s) you wish to substitute (Method 1, 2, 3, and/or 4) and the corresponding number of entries will be awarded. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 5, 2026, and received by April 12, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in submission per child. Maximum entries via AMOE: ten (10).
On or about April 14, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner’s parent or legal guardian will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the potential winner’s parent or guardian cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, or if the entrant is found to be ineligible, the prize is declined, or there is a failure to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
One (1) Grand Prize: Three (3) months of Savvy Learning small group tutoring sessions for the winning child (sessions to be scheduled at mutually agreeable times, subject to tutor availability) and one (1) $300 Barnes & Noble gift card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $975. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied. Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution is allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner’s parent or guardian is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with prize receipt and use.
By entering, each entrant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; (b) any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (c) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing or judging of entries, or the announcement of prizes; or (d) injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void.
Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, likeness, entry content (including social media posts), city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at . Personal information will be used for administration of the Sweepstakes and as described in the Privacy Policy. No personal information about the child will be shared publicly without parental consent.
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflicts of law principles, and shall be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.
For the name of the winner, available after April 30, 2026, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Savvy Learning Reading Month Sweepstakes Winner, [INSERT MAILING ADDRESS]. Requests must be received by May 31, 2026.
